Description
The Microcredit Agent will work in the Microfinance team, handling client outreach, credit acquisition, analysis, approval, negotiation, administration, and collection for small entrepreneurs in the Agroamigo program. The role requires a complete secondary education, Office proficiency, intermunicipal travel availability, and preferably sales experience or technical training in agriculture or animal husbandry. It offers a base salary of R$ 1,789.15, variable compensation, 200 monthly hours, and benefits including medical and dental plans, private pension, food and basic food assistance, childcare reimbursement, life insurance, and wellness programs.
