Description
Oracle is hiring an Agentic Adoption Leader to own the adoption strategy and execution for Oracle Healthcare AI Agents across new and existing customers. The role leads cross-functional initiatives with Product, Consulting, Sales, Customer Success, and Value Realization teams; develops scalable adoption frameworks, playbooks, KPIs, enablement programs, and customer engagement strategies; and uses customer data to improve adoption, renewals, expansions, and long-term value realization. The position requires at least six years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong stakeholder management and analytical skills. The US hiring range is $90,100 to $209,500 per annum, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
