Description
Eightfold is hiring an Agentic Adoption Partner to help customers move AI agents from deployment into sustained production use, design human-agent operating models, enable end users, monitor agent consumption and performance, and translate adoption insights into product and engineering feedback. The role requires 5–8 years of relevant enterprise talent, recruiting, HR technology, customer success, consulting, or professional services experience, with direct recruiting or talent-acquisition experience preferred. It is open to all US locations and follows a hybrid or remote arrangement depending on location, with base salaries of $110,000–$175,000 in Zone B and $117,000–$185,000 in Zone A.
