Ericsson is hiring a Service Architect in Noida, India to analyze, design, and develop end-to-end service solutions. The role owns the technical architecture of services, supports customers on infrastructure evolution, validates capacity and availability plans, drives service innovation, maintains solution documentation, and coordinates planning, engineering, and customer interfaces. Required capabilities include Ericsson Operations Engine, network infrastructure, configuration and change management, performance and planning, capacity management, business proposals, logical design, service delivery, work-level and service-level agreements, and business continuity management.
