Microsoft is hiring an Agentic AI Cloud Solution Architecture professional for its Customer Success Unit to partner with Swedish customers and help them realize value from cloud investments. The role translates customer requirements into scalable, secure, resilient, and AI-enabled cloud solutions; connects Microsoft platforms and services to customer scenarios; supports modernization, advanced AI adoption, and sustainable usage patterns; and collaborates with customers, partners, and Microsoft teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, several years of cloud or IT experience, fluency in Swedish and English, and several years of experience with M365/M365 Copilot or similar. The typical base pay range in Sweden is kr 622,000.00 to kr 1,013,000.00 per year, and applications are accepted until the position is filled.
