Mindlance is hiring a hybrid Agentic AI Engineer / AI Developer with Business Intelligence and Reporting in Reston, Virginia. The role builds and deploys AI agents that automate workflows, connects models and agents to APIs and enterprise systems, develops data pipelines and reporting solutions, and monitors AI system performance. Responsibilities include software development, testing, debugging, deployment, monitoring, dashboards, KPIs, data integration, and presenting insights to business and executive audiences. The position requires at least three years of production AI or machine learning experience, Python, LLM and agent-framework experience, AWS and cloud deployment experience, and business intelligence and reporting expertise.
