Description
Bitdeer is hiring a senior software engineer to design and build scalable multi-agent architectures that automate NeoCloud engineering and business workflows. The role involves integrating AI agents with internal services, SaaS platforms, and APIs; developing agents that generate code, refactor software, and self-correct using telemetry; implementing memory and RAG systems; enforcing evaluation and guardrails; establishing Harness engineering practices; and collaborating with Kubernetes and infrastructure teams to embed autonomous agents into the platform control plane. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least six years of software engineering experience, and deep expertise in production-grade Python and TypeScript, with experience in agentic frameworks, cloud environments, distributed systems, observability, and infrastructure automation.
