This role involves creating advanced automation frameworks, integrating generative AI, and constructing scalable systems to enhance AI-assisted legal technology. Developers will contribute to the Global Forms Automation project, focusing on analyzing forms, collecting data, and filling them in, ultimately aiming to revolutionize how lawyers analyze complex legal matters and produce accurate documents.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Over 7 years commercial experience as a developer
Preferred Qualifications: Strong experience in at least two of the following: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript/React
Solid understanding of automation, system integrations, or AI-enabled workflows.
Demonstrated ability to work with LLMs or generative AI systems - understanding their constraints, strengths, and how to build around their limitations.
Experience designing and consuming APIs, ideally in distributed environments.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset for building robust, maintainable systems.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills - able to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable ideas.
