Description
Roku is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain intelligent agents and copilots for Roku TV use cases. The role owns the full lifecycle of agent development, including architecture, model selection, prompt and context design, retrieval and RAG pipelines, tool and MCP integrations, orchestration, evaluation, observability, deployment, and production reliability. The engineer will partner with engineering, product, QA, infrastructure, and other teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI systems. The role requires a technical degree, at least two years of software or AI/ML engineering experience, Python proficiency, and experience with LLM-based systems; it offers a Monday–Thursday office, Friday flexible remote arrangement, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
