Description
Roku is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain intelligent agents and copilots for Roku TV use cases. The role owns the full lifecycle of agent development, including architecture, model and prompt design, retrieval and RAG pipelines, tool and MCP integrations, orchestration, evaluation, observability, deployment, and production reliability. Candidates should have a relevant technical degree, at least two years of software or AI/ML engineering experience, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, agent frameworks, and production AI systems. The role follows a hybrid arrangement with office attendance Monday through Thursday and flexible Fridays.
