CACI is hiring a full-time Agentic AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy autonomous agent systems, multi-agent workflows, reasoning engines, microservices, and RESTful APIs. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, cloud and on-premise systems, testing, performance optimization, and collaboration with engineering, architecture, product, and mission stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least five years of professional software engineering experience with significant Python experience, and hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases, or agent memory systems. The position requires an active TS/SCI with an adjudicated polygraph, offers up to 10% local travel, and lists a national average salary range of $82,100 to $172,400.
