Description
Citi is hiring a Hands-On Technical Lead to serve as a player-coach for its Services AI Platform engineering team. The role combines production-grade full-stack development with Python and Angular, multi-tenant agent orchestration, advanced RAG and vector/database integrations, prompt engineering, and forward-deployed engineering with subject matter experts. The lead will also guide technical strategy, enforce architectural standards, and drive high-impact business use cases. The position requires 10+ years of experience, including AI/ML and Generative AI experience, leadership experience, AWS expertise, and a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
