State Street is hiring a Managing Director to define and lead enterprise testing strategy and governance for agentic AI platforms across global financial services operations. The role establishes AI-specific testing frameworks, risk-based validation, control requirements, regulatory and audit alignment, continuous monitoring, and an operating model; oversees senior testing leadership across regions; and partners with Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to ensure safe, auditable, and resilient deployment of agent-based systems.
