PwC Acceleration Center India is hiring an Agentic Diagnostics & Insights - Senior Associate to work in its Technology Consulting practice. The role combines agentic AI, conversational AI, and data analytics to design, build, test, deploy, and optimize chatbots, voicebots, IVR flows, LLM-powered agents, RAG pipelines, and contact-center applications. Responsibilities include NLU and NLP modeling, prompt engineering, API and backend integrations, multi-agent orchestration, performance monitoring, production troubleshooting, and collaboration with solution architects, QA, DevOps, and clients. The role requires at least five to eight years of experience, a relevant engineering or technical degree, strong programming and analytical skills, and English proficiency.
