Description
Straddle is hiring an Agentic Engineer to direct AI coding agents and own the outcomes of software development. The role involves translating product and technical intent into precise specifications, decomposing work into agent-sized tasks, orchestrating multiple agents, verifying and testing agent-generated code, reviewing and merging changes, maintaining shared agent context and tooling, and applying security and fintech compliance controls. The engineer will also establish engineering standards and coach the wider team. The position requires at least five years of production software development experience, hands-on agentic experience, strong specification and verification skills, and the ability to work with non-deterministic outputs.
