Sopra Steria is hiring an Agentic Engineering Lead to introduce and scale AI agent-based development practices in complex customer environments. The role involves designing agentic workflows, translating business needs into agent architectures and tool integrations, developing LLM and agent solutions, and establishing governance, security, quality, and traceability. The lead will also drive customer capability and change initiatives, requiring strong software development, AI, security, CI/CD, and consulting experience, along with Swedish and English fluency. The position is hybrid.
