Devoteam is hiring a Senior Agentic Workplace Solutions Engineer to advise enterprise clients on AI and agentic workplace transformation. The role focuses on strategic advisory, discovery workshops, solution architecture using Google Workspace, Vertex AI Agent Builder, Gemini Enterprise, and AppSheet, proof-of-concept design, governance, and change enablement. It requires at least five years of senior enterprise consulting experience in digital workplace, cloud transformation, or IT strategy, along with strong stakeholder management and GenAI literacy; direct software development experience is not required. The position is based in Brussels or can be performed remotely with flexible schedules.
