Description
Savvy is hiring its first dedicated Agentic Harness Engineer to own how developers and coding agents interact with the codebase, internal tools, cloud workflows, code review, CI, local development, testing, debugging, and delivery. The role builds and improves the developer-facing layer, agent context and skills systems, evaluation and adoption practices, and secure execution controls, while partnering with infrastructure, security, data, and product engineers. It is a hands-on platform engineering position requiring substantial coding-agent experience, developer-tooling experience, CI or large-codebase experience, strong software engineering, and the ability to set standards across teams.
