Description
Accelerant is hiring an Agentic MGA Forward Deployed Underwriter to own end-to-end Agentic MGA programs from underwriting and product design through launch. The role leads requirements, underwriting logic, rules, rates, workflows, UAT, stakeholder sign-off, and training, while partnering with MGA executives, underwriting and product leaders, and forward-deployed engineers. Candidates need 8 to 12 years of relevant property and casualty insurance and technology experience, a track record leading complex cross-functional implementation or transformation programs, technical fluency with underwriting and engineering teams, and a bachelor's degree.
