Constaff is seeking an Agentic Product Owner for a customer assignment in Heidelberg. The role owns the product roadmap and backlog, coordinates stakeholders and dependencies, defines acceptance criteria and business requirements, and steers AI-based product development. Responsibilities include orchestrating AI agents, validating AI-generated results, applying rapid prototyping, and aligning with product and portfolio management. Required qualifications include product ownership experience, Scrum certification, AI and agent experience, strong German, and project-management skills; SAFe, rail, AI-native team, English, and consulting experience are preferred.
