Nebius Academy is seeking an experienced engineering expert to deliver an initial masterclass on Agentic SDLC and potentially collaborate on future educational initiatives. The role requires presenting a concrete before-and-after case of transforming a traditional software development lifecycle into an agent-enabled process, explaining changes to task specifications, code review, QA, releases, and human oversight, and sharing practical experience with MCP, agent configuration, specifications, and review gates for AI-generated code. Candidates must have senior engineering experience, hands-on experience with traditional and agentic development processes, and the ability to discuss implementation details without NDA restrictions. The engagement offers an hourly rate of up to USD 200 and the option to use or co-create materials with the curriculum team.
