Description
ServiceNow is hiring an in-person Search Engineer to build and operate the infrastructure for an agentic search platform. The role owns the index engine, ingestion and enrichment pipelines, multi-modal indexing, knowledge graphs, search performance, scalability, observability, and production operations, while collaborating with Search Ranking, ML, and Platform engineering teams. Candidates need a BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent engineering background, at least one year of full-time industry experience, and hands-on experience with search technologies such as Lucene, Solr, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch.
