Description
ELCA is hiring an Agentic Solution Architect to design and lead AI-driven enterprise software solutions, including AI agent planning, architecture specifications, quality standards, customer modernization roadmaps, and technical proposals. The role may be performed on-site at a customer or in-house in Zurich or Bern and requires a technical degree, at least 8 years of software and enterprise architecture experience including 3 years in leadership, knowledge of Arc42 and microservices, hands-on AI-assisted development experience, and fluency in German and English.
