Description
Netomi is hiring a Solution Engineer to partner with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders on AI customer-experience solutions. The role involves scoping customer challenges, architecting agentic workflows, building demonstrations and proofs of concept, designing prompts and AI orchestration chains, and presenting technical solutions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with product and engineering teams and contributing customer insights to roadmap priorities. The role requires 1–2 years of customer-facing sales or solutions engineering experience, hands-on AI and API integration work, scripting knowledge, and strong communication skills.
