Flint is seeking a highly experienced Agentic Systems Engineer to join their team in San Francisco. This role involves owning and improving the agentic systems behind Flint's core product, ensuring reliability, capability, and observability in production environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and debugging production-grade agent systems, with deep knowledge of prompt engineering, context optimization, and multi-agent orchestration. They will also contribute to designing and implementing multi-agent architectures, conducting evaluations, and integrating agent capabilities into the broader platform.
