OutSystems is seeking a senior engineering leader to take technical ownership of a portfolio of live products and SaaS while leading the delivery of new AI agent, integration, and capability work. The role focuses on architectural correctness, production readiness, AI agent orchestration, context engineering, portfolio integrity, and experimentation, with roughly 70% of the work dedicated to innovation and 30% to maintaining existing systems. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on development, two years leading technical delivery, production-grade system experience, strong architectural instincts, and fluency in context engineering; OutSystems proficiency, MCP, LLM API integration, regulated-industry experience, and small-team experience are bonuses.
