The role consolidates fragmented workflows across legacy tools into unified information architecture and agentic user flows, builds functional prototypes with code-adjacent tools, contributes to design systems, conducts usability testing with Maze, and collaborates with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. The position is hybrid or remote-friendly, with a preferred candidate based in Canada and working hours aligned to Eastern or Pacific Time.
