The Business Analyst (Agentic Workflows) will join WebMD’s Process Innovation team and translate complex business requirements into automated, agent-based workflows for campaign execution, data reconciliation, and operational efficiency. The role involves designing and optimizing workflows, integrating autonomous agents with internal systems, documenting processes, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of business or technical analysis experience, and demonstrated experience with automated or LLM-based workflows. The position offers a salary of $90,000 to $105,000, discretionary bonus eligibility, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
