Description
SOCi is hiring an Agentic Workforce Adoption Manager to drive customer adoption of its AI-powered agentic marketing capabilities. The role partners with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Customer Delivery teams to accelerate time-to-value, translate technical AI functionality into business outcomes, remove adoption friction, and build enablement playbooks. It requires 4–6+ years of relevant customer-facing experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and strong communication and enablement skills. The position offers a full-time permanent, non-contract role with a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 CAD, health, dental, and vision benefits, and a flexible work environment.
