Description
The Senior AgentOps SME will own the operations, observability, safety, evaluation, cost governance, and lifecycle management of production AI agents. The role defines agent deployment and rollback frameworks, establishes monitoring and tracing, manages human-in-the-loop supervision and automated simulations, tracks business KPIs, and collaborates with DevOps and AI/Data SMEs to improve the build-deploy-operate-improve loop. It requires 9–12+ years of ML/AI platform operations, SRE, or LLMOps experience, hands-on Google Cloud agent runtime and observability work, agent evaluation and safety practices, Python proficiency, and production agentic/GenAI exposure.
