The role oversees the safe, efficient, and productive operation of fixed plant equipment, including inspections, maintenance scheduling, parts inventory, troubleshooting, contractor and hourly-worker supervision, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least five years of mining experience, preferably in surface aggregate, along with knowledge of aggregate equipment, maintenance practices, regulatory standards, and team leadership.
