Description
The role oversees the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of aggregate plants, including production output, quality standards, equipment maintenance, plant inspections, workforce leadership, cost control, and regulatory compliance. It requires aggregate production knowledge, mobile equipment operation, safety and environmental compliance, operational analysis, and the ability to travel between plant locations and work extended or non-traditional hours. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a related bachelor’s degree and additional industry or technical training are preferred; five years of aggregate or plant operations experience and five years of supervisory or leadership experience are preferred.
