Booz Allen is hiring an Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer to drive enterprise Agile transformation, SAFe and Scrum adoption, and continuous delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains. The role combines systems engineering and software development life-cycle expertise with PI planning, ART metrics, risk mitigation, cross-team dependency management, coaching, and delivery automation. It is based in Reston, Virginia, with additional locations in Norfolk, Riverdale, and Washington, and requires a Top Secret clearance, relevant education and experience, and the ability to obtain an IAM Level I certification within 30 days of hire. The projected annualized compensation is $86,800 to $198,000.
