CACI is hiring a full-time Agile Coach for the JTMS program to support government leadership, RTEs, Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and the entire Agile Release Train. The role focuses on SAFe implementation, PI Planning and Inspect and Adapt events, continuous improvement, backlog management, DevOps culture, and coaching Scrum Masters and RTEs. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, seven years of related experience, two years of SAFe coaching experience, Certified SAFe Practice Consultant certification, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to pass an IT-1 background investigation. The position requires up to 10% local travel and offers a national average salary range of $75,200 to $158,100.
