The Agile Coach supports product teams in a Kanban process, helps Product Owners prepare outcome-oriented initiatives and measurable goals, maintains and improves work processes, provides transparency about flow, dependencies, and blockers, and moderates retrospectives, workshops, and cross-functional formats. The role requires experience as an Agile Coach in digital product development, Kanban and continuous improvement, flow metrics, team self-organization, outcome-oriented product development, moderation and coaching, and strong German skills.
