CACI is hiring an Agile Delivery Lead for its work on the Army’s Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A), a large-scale web-based HR and ERP-related federal IT program. The role serves as a key Agile leader coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains and stakeholders in a SAFe environment, with responsibility for orchestration, risk escalation, performance monitoring, process improvement, and cross-vendor collaboration. The position requires an active Secret clearance (or U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain), a bachelor’s degree, SAFe RTE certification, and extensive experience leading large-scale Agile and system integration efforts.
