INFICON is hiring an Agile Leader to support New Product Development projects for its Service Tools engineering team. Reporting to the Agile Manager, the role will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage schedules and resources, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track project status in Jira and Confluence, escalate risks, and coach engineering teams on agile practices. The position requires at least three years of relevant experience, primarily on-site work in East Syracuse, New York, and offers a salary of $80,000 to $105,000 per year plus profit-sharing, 401K matching, and other benefits.
