Description
The APM leads the APS enterprise effort and implementation of the Government’s Agile, task-based capacity model. The role manages cross-functional contractor capacity against prioritized backlog demand, provides performance visibility, coordinates rapid response to mission-priority changes and human-capital disruptions, aligns qualified labor categories to authorized work, and interfaces with Government leadership. The position is remote for U.S.-based applicants, with domestic and international travel and periodic on-site support at CPE ST3 locations as mission requirements dictate. It requires at least five years of relevant project or program management experience, including three years within the past five years, along with advanced Agile credentials, Jira experience, and TS/SCI eligibility.
