Boeing is seeking an Agile Release Train Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to join its Air Dominance Division Mission Systems Software team in Berkeley, Missouri. The role leads and supports a large agile organization to deliver new software capabilities across the full software lifecycle, using Lean-Agile/SAFe practices, Jira, and Confluence to coordinate planning, dependencies, risk, metrics, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, eligibility to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance, U.S. Person status for export control, and prior experience with SAFe/agile methods, agile delivery metrics, and leadership; Boeing offers relocation, standard benefits, and salary ranges for Level 3 and Level 4.
