Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to support a large-scale software and hardware integration effort using the Scaled Agile Framework. The role facilitates Scrum and Kanban teams, leads SAFe ceremonies, removes impediments, coordinates Agile Release Train activities, coaches teams and junior Scrum Masters, and helps improve delivery processes. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 6–10 years, a Security+ certification or higher, and on-site work in Washington, DC during the program’s mature phase.
