Description
The Agile Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Representative serves as the principal authority and strategic lead for Agile frameworks and execution practices supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. The role represents the program’s Agile strategy to senior government leadership, advises developers and intelligence stakeholders, standardizes Scrum/Kanban and JIRA/Confluence processes, coordinates with vendors, manages delivery reporting, and aligns software development with NASIC’s intelligence applications, cloud-native environments, and Department of Defense standards. The position is 100% onsite in Dayton, Ohio and requires a TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree plus 18 years of experience or a master’s degree plus 15 years of experience, advanced Agile certification, and direct experience with DoD-compliant Agile pipelines.
