The role leads agile/scrum projects, applies SOLID and software development best practices, participates in architecture and proof-of-concept work, collaborates with business units and solutions architects, and performs mentoring, coaching, and performance-review duties. Candidates need a university degree or technical school diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science, at least six years of related application development experience, and experience leading agile teams; the work model is hybrid-light.
