Spaulding Ridge is seeking an Agiloft Client Lead to drive the growth of their Agiloft business in North America. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to identify new clients, negotiate contracts, close deals, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will meet and exceed annual sales targets, manage the entire sales cycle, and contribute to overall growth planning.

Required Previous Experiences: Ability to meet and exceed an individual sales target of up to $3M+ annually.
Experience leading the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline generation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.

Ability to identify, develop, and prioritize market offerings tailored to enterprise client needs.
Strong ability to create and implement account plans with a focus on long-term growth and partnerships.
