The role includes starting and adjusting machines, performing quality checks and sampling, maintaining safe and smooth production, and contributing process-improvement ideas. Candidates must work independently and collaboratively, have a hands-on and solution-oriented approach, monitor quality and processes, work in a continuous four-shift system, and have fluent Dutch knowledge.
