Description
The Manager for Agricultural Machinery oversees the quality of finished products, supports and motivates workshop employees, and acts as the link between work planners and workshop colleagues. The role requires metalworking or technical training, prior metalworking-company experience, welding passion, leadership experience, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with AutoCAD and SolidWorks; a full VCA certificate is a plus. It is a full-time permanent position with a successful interim period, based in Tielt for a machine-manufacturing client.
