Description
The Agronomist will work with the Agronomy Team to design and oversee field trials, develop new products and farming practices, provide technical support to Crop Advisors and the Contact Centre Team, monitor farmer needs, and create training materials for farmers and staff. The role requires a Master’s or Ph.D. in Agricultural Science, at least five years of experience in agricultural extension, research, or farm-practice training, strong communication and digital skills, and proficiency in English and Myanmar. The position is local and full-time, with medical benefits and opportunities for international travel.
