Description
The Agronomy Support Specialist assists the Farmers Cooperative Society agronomy team during peak seasons by operating application equipment, delivering products, supporting customer service, managing inventory and warehouse operations, performing field scouting and diagnostics, maintaining equipment, and participating in meetings and special projects. The role requires a high school diploma, a Class A CDL with tanker and Haz Mat endorsement or the ability to obtain it, custom application licenses, and strong computer, customer-service, mechanical, and safety skills; Certified Crop Advisor certification is preferred. The position is physically demanding, may involve irregular hours including weekends and holidays, and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life, and other insurance benefits.
