Description
The Agronomy Operations Manager oversees agronomy shipping, receiving, inventory control, recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, equipment maintenance, customer service, and special projects at assigned locations. The role manages chemicals, fertilizers, seeds, and crop-protection products; supports sprayer, spreader, tender, and bulk-seed operations; trains employees; and maintains safety and budget controls. It requires a Commercial Driver’s License with Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements, a 1A Chemical Applicator license, knowledge of agricultural products and regulations, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
