Description
The Agronomy Sales Specialist develops and maintains relationships with agricultural producers in an assigned territory, identifies customer needs, recommends and sells crop inputs and agronomic solutions, and coordinates delivery, inventory, and service from pre-season planning through harvest and post-season review. The role includes prospecting, preparing proposals, maintaining sales pipelines, scouting fields, developing crop plans, supporting grower events, and managing customer and order information. It requires a high school diploma, agronomy-related education, at least two years of agronomy sales experience, a valid driver license, and a certified applicator license or the ability to obtain one.
