Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Hybrid Bonding Interconnect (HBI) New Product Introduction (NPI) Instructor in Singapore. The role combines technical instruction with product development, requiring the employee to learn new semiconductor equipment, develop and deliver classroom and hands-on training, support troubleshooting and early production, and train volume instructors. The position is hybrid, based in Singapore with occasional work in Kalispell, Montana, and requires travel of up to 35% per year. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, education, or training, or equivalent military experience, plus four years of semiconductor equipment experience; candidates without a bachelor’s degree need six years of experience. Instructional design, semiconductor equipment, troubleshooting, and presentation skills are required, while experience with AMAT equipment, bonding equipment, e-learning, and advanced technologies is preferred.
